Our Certified CAPPA Labour and Postpartum Doula, Sonya Duffee is hosting a workshop! In this doula workshop, participants will learn about what postpartum planning is and why it is important in the prenatal journey.

- Key considerations for a smooth transition
- How to set up support systems
- Navigating emotional and physical recovery
- Preparing for changes in relationships and mental health
